Daryl was born in San Diego,CA and grew up in Minnesota and Southern California. He moved to Ketchum in 1992 after attending the University of California, Riverside. He met his wife Mary in 1994, married in 1996 and currently lives in Hailey with their two children, Sam and Abby. Daryl’s professional background is in title and escrow, but also specializes in operations and personnel management, marketing and budgeting for the office. In his spare time he enjoys camping at Redfish Lake with his family, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, running, swimming, and brewing his own beer.

Kathy was born in Seattle,WA where she was raised. She moved to Ketchum in 1982 after attending the University of Washington. Kathy’s professional background is in escrow closings. In her spare time she enjoys spending time riding horses, backcountry skiing, softball, fishing and the great outdoors.

Curt was born in Pocatello, ID where he was raised. He moved to Ketchum in 1992 after attending Idaho State University. He met his high school sweetheart, Linda in 1986 and they were married in 1992. They currently live in Hailey with their two daughters Sidney and Sammy. Curt’s professional background is in title, escrow and office management. In his spare time he enjoys spending time up at Redfish Lake with family, fly fishing and chasing his kids around the volleyball court.

TERRY WASHBURN
Title Officer
Terry was born on the Navy base in Lompoc, CA and grew up in Patterson, CA. She met her husband Jim in Nighthawk, WA and they have two children, Amy and Bryan as well as 2 grandchildren. She moved to Idaho in 2000, and Terry’s familiarity with our valley has allowed her to work remotely from Tucson, Arizona since 2010. Her professional background for the past 24 years has been working with the Title Insurance industry as a Title Officer doing land title research and issuing title insurance policies. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, hiking, camping and bike riding.

Ythzel was born in Michoacan, Mexico. Her family moved to the Wood River Valley in 1993, were she was raised. She lives in Hailey with her husband Cortney and their black lab, Stella. Ythzel’s professional background is in accounting. In her spare time she enjoys river rafting with her husband, running, hiking, cross country skiing and our alluring great outdoors.
