Hailey Mayor involved in bike-car accident 6/16/2008 Hailey Mayor Rick Davis's Ford Taurus was hit and its windshield crushed -above- when a bike rider ran a stopsign while traffic was present. The biker wasn't seriously hurt and Davis said he hadn't slept well the night before.
